3. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

  • Technical Issues: Service unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault
  • Billing Errors: Incorrect charges or duplicate payments
  • Feature Misrepresentation: Advertised features not working as described
  • Early Cancellation: Cancellation within 7 days of first subscription (pro-rated refund)
  • Account Compromise: Unauthorized subscription purchases

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer want the service
  • Investment Losses: Financial losses from following AI recommendations
  • Partial Usage: Using the service for part of the billing period
  • Violation of Terms: Account suspension due to terms violations

How to Request a Refund

5. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

Cancellation Effects

  • Immediate: No new charges will be made

  • Reactivation: You can resubscribe at any time
  • No Partial Refunds: Cancellation does not automatically qualify for refund

6. Billing and Payment Terms

Billing Cycle

  • Monthly: Billed every 30 days from subscription date
  • Annual: Billed every 365 days from subscription date
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Price Changes: 30 days advance notice for any price increases

Failed Payments

  • Retry Attempts: We will retry failed payments 3 times over 7 days
  • Grace Period: 7-day grace period to update payment information
  • Account Suspension: Service may be suspended after failed payment period
  • Data Retention: Account data retained for 30 days after suspension

7. Special Circumstances

Pro-Rated Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer pro-rated refunds:

  • • Service downtime exceeding 48 hours in a billing period
  • • Major feature removal without adequate notice
  • • Significant changes to service terms during active subscription

Force Majeure

Refunds may not be available for service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet service provider issues, or third-party service failures.
